Kimberly Cosby

Kim Cosby is a strategic policy adviser for the AFL-CIO Technology Institute with a focus on workforce development. Before joining the Technology Institute, Kim was a program and policy specialist with the National Education Association (NEA), where she focused on Registered Apprenticeship Programs in education and paraprofessional issues. Kim also advocated on behalf of educators as a UniServ director with the Missouri and Maryland state affiliates of NEA. She also worked as a program director for PowerCorps Camden, a workforce development program for young adults interested in green infrastructure.
