Bryan Doyle
Bryan Doyle is Senior Advisor for Public Affairs at the AFL-CIO Tech Institute. A Woodrow Wilson Center Fellow in Artificial Intelligence, he translates complex technology issues into compelling narratives that highlight worker voices in policy discussions.
Over five years with Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN), Doyle rose to Senior Advisor and served as a strategist through Phillips's historic 2024 presidential campaign and retirement from Congress. He previously led Phillips's successful dark horse campaign for House leadership and served as lead tech policy staffer when Phillips joined the House Bipartisan AI Task Force in 2023. Throughout his career, Doyle has spoken the language of collective action. He understands how diverse movements — labor, small business, tech — build power. Doyle's path began as a community organizer and student journalist in Oxford, Mississippi.
