Aakriti Khanal

Aakriti Khanal is the Foundation Relations Manager for the AFL-CIO Technical Institute. Prior to this role, Aakriti served as the Director of Development at Adhikaar for Human Rights and Social Justice, a women-led grassroots non-profit organization in Queens, NY. In the past, she worked as a union organizer for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Aakriti deeply cares about labor, immigration and gender issues and has spent the last decade building community and worker power through organizing and advocacy. She is fluent in Nepali, Hindi, English and conversational in Spanish.
